Description: 6 x online yoga classes - Tuesdays at 8pm Irish Time. 

Duration: 1 hour

Modality: Gentle (beginner friendly).
This restorative and meditative practice helps you feel centered, mindful, and attuned to your nervous system.

6 week programme: 

[Week 1] Roots: Grounding, stability, security.

  • Warm-up: Grounded dancing, stomping movements, and fun squats.
  • Breathing: Deep belly breaths to connect to the earth.
  • Yoga Moves & Final meditation


[Week 2] Sacral: Creativity, emotions, flow.

  • Warm-up: Flowing, fluid dance, hip circles, and side-to-side movements.
  • Breathing: Wave-like breaths (inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth in a wave pattern).
  • Yoga Moves & Final meditation

[Week 3] Solar Plexus: Personal power, confidence.

  • Warm-up: High-energy cardio, twisting dance moves.
  • Breathing: Breath of fire (short, sharp inhales and exhales through the nose).
  • Yoga Moves & Final meditation

[Week 4]: Heart: Love, compassion, openness.

  • Warm-up: Heart-opening dance, movements with wide arms and chest expansion.
  • Breathing: Deep chest breathing, focusing on heart space.
  • Yoga Moves & Final meditation


[Week 5] Throat: Communication, expression.

  • Warm-up: Free-flow dance, vocalizations (sounds, chants, humming).
  • Breathing: Ujjayi breath (victorious breath, audible breathing through the throat).
  • Yoga Moves & Final meditation


[Week 6] Third Eye & Crown: intuition, connection to the universe.

  • Warm-up: Intuitive dance, slow movements, connecting inward.
  • Breathing: Alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana).
