- Warm-up: Grounded dancing, stomping movements, and fun squats.
- Breathing: Deep belly breaths to connect to the earth.

- Warm-up: Flowing, fluid dance, hip circles, and side-to-side movements.
- Breathing: Wave-like breaths (inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth in a wave pattern).

[Week 3] Solar Plexus: Personal power, confidence.
- Warm-up: High-energy cardio, twisting dance moves.
- Breathing: Breath of fire (short, sharp inhales and exhales through the nose).

- Warm-up: Heart-opening dance, movements with wide arms and chest expansion.
- Breathing: Deep chest breathing, focusing on heart space.

- Warm-up: Free-flow dance, vocalizations (sounds, chants, humming).
- Breathing: Ujjayi breath (victorious breath, audible breathing through the throat).

[Week 6] Third Eye & Crown: intuition, connection to the universe.
- Warm-up: Intuitive dance, slow movements, connecting inward.
