MindMove exists to reconnect people with their bodies and foster a sense of freedom in how we live, move, and experience the world. In an age where technology keeps us sedentary and disconnected, we embrace movement as creative expression, free from rigid rules or goals.

Through yoga, workshops, and gatherings around the northwest of Ireland, we encourage mindful exploration and immersion in nature to cultivate deeper connections with ourselves, each other, and the environment.
